The residence in Palaio Psychiko was designed to accommodate a four-member family, combining comfort, functionality, and minimalist aesthetics. Clean geometric lines, large glass surfaces, and the use of natural materials such as wood and stone create a warm and bright space that harmonizes with its surroundings. One of the home's highlights is the rooftop pool-spa, a private retreat offering stunning views of Attica.
The building is developed across three levels. The basement houses auxiliary spaces, while the main living areas unfold on the ground and first floors. The ground floor features an open-plan layout, integrating the living room, dining area, and kitchen, with large openings that seamlessly connect the interiors to the outdoor spaces and the pool. A metal pergola shelters the outdoor extension of the living area, creating a shaded gathering and dining space ideal for the summer months.
