Private residence at Alimos II

The residence in Alimos was created to meet the owners' need for two independent living spaces: a family home spread over three levels and a ground-floor apartment, both with separate entrances and gardens. The corner plot allowed for the design of the building's facades as a play of volumes, interconnected with the main mass of the building, but differentiated in color and materials. These variations include semi-outdoor spaces and balconies, creating an engaging dynamic that blends functionality with aesthetics. The living areas of the main residence are located on the first floor, providing ample natural light and unobstructed views. The top level hosts the family’s bedrooms, offering a quiet and private space. The staircase, positioned on the northern side of the plot, seamlessly connects all levels of the house, ensuring easy and direct communication between them.
