Private residence at Melissia
The two storey residence of 150 sq.m is located in Melissia, Athens in a flat plot of 428,18 sq.m area. The residence’s daily living spaces can be found in its ground floor and the bedrooms are located in the first floor. The open ground floor plan results to a spacey living room with a fireplace and α kitchen that develops around an island counter, while allowing the visitor to move around without any “obstacles”. Meanwhile, the first floor is consisted of the master bedroom with an in-suite bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each and every space has access to semi outdoor expansion.
